MR. MOM'S Furniture Is Precisely Hand-Woven

Each piece is handmade at our manufacturing facility, located in Indiana (USA). Attention to detail is required in order to weave the product to it's truly unique shape and pattern.

MR. MOM'S products are rugged and strong. Able to withstand the many freeze - thaw cycles, which we have in our temperature zone. It is ready for use anytime, Spring - Summer - Fall or Winter. No need to store your furniture in the colder months.

The product is made using fiberglass roving and resin. The color pigment is mixed right into the resin, which provides a color that won't peel or chip off. The resin is placed in special trays that the high tech glass roving is pulled through to coat and saturate the glass roving.

The saturated glass roving is then woven around and over the appropriate jig pattern, thus creating the correct special pattern that was engineered and designed for each piece.

After the pattern is woven the product cures under controlled temperature conditions for a certain amount of time.

At the proper time, the piece is removed from the jig and allowed to finish curing. Once the curing process is complete the finished piece is sanded and prepared for shipping.

The resin and glass material is the same material used to manufacture fiberglass boats, underground fiberglass tanks and other durable long lasting products you are familiar with. Because these products are handcrafted, no two products are exactly alike. Hand-woven by U.S. citizens.
